Specialities

My practice is open to everyone, with a special focus on these groups:

Expats

Life in a new country can be exciting — and also really hard. The language, the cultural differences, and the ache of leaving home can leave you feeling unsettled or out of place. You don’t have to carry all of that alone. Having a real human to talk it through with can make the transition feel lighter and help you feel more at home.

Cross Cultural Workers

Cross-cultural work can be deeply meaningful — and also heavy. Like expats, you live between worlds, but with added pressures: team dynamics, financial support, and the constant visibility of your role. It’s a lot for any one person to hold. Having a human space to process, reflect, and be real can help you find strength and stay grounded for the journey.

Relationships

No matter how near or far the people you care about are, relationships can be messy. Partners, parents, friends, even bosses — they all bring joys and frustrations. Talking with a real human who listens without judgment can give you space to explore challenges, gain clarity, and find ways to connect more deeply.

“When we honestly ask ourselves which person in our lives means the most to us, we often find that it is those who, instead of giving advice or solutions or cures, have chosen rather to share our pain and touch our wounds with a gentle and tender hand.”

— Henri Nouwen, Out of Solitude

Therapy that feels human

Opening up to a therapist can feel intimidating. You want someone who doesn’t just analyze you, but gets you. Someone who feels like a real person — not a blank slate or a clipboard.

That’s where I come in. I’m Bre Miles, your human therapist. I believe therapy works best when it feels like two people sitting down together — honest, imperfect, and deeply connected. I’m not here to “fix” you. I’m here to walk alongside you, as one human to another, while you sort through the things that matter most.

Here’s how it works:
We connect — You share your story at your own pace.
We explore — Together, we make sense of what feels heavy, confusing, or stuck.
We grow — You move forward with clarity, courage, and tools that actually fit your life.

Because at the end of the day, I’m not just a therapist – I’m a human too. And that’s the kind of connection that makes change possible.

Ready to move forward?

Whether you’re ready to dive in and book a session, or just want to chat first with a free 15-minute consultation, I’d love to connect and see how we might work together.
